The Oberhauserer’s Balloon is an innovative outdoor lamp available in three distinct sizes: 30 cm, 70 cm, and an impressive 100 cm in diameter. This luminaire represents a milestone in modern lighting design, seamlessly blending advanced manufacturing technologies with aesthetic excellence.

Advanced 3D Printing Technology: Powder Bed Concrete 3D Printing

The production of the Oberhauserer’s Balloon utilizes the powder bed concrete 3D printing process, also known as Selective Cement Activation (SCA). In this method, a cement paste is selectively injected into a powder bed, creating complex and detailed structures layer by layer. This technique eliminates the need for traditional formwork, facilitating the creation of intricate geometries and significantly expanding design freedom.

Weather Resistance and Sustainability through Smart Manufacturing

The material used is characterized by its high weather resistance, making the Oberhauserer’s Balloon ideal for outdoor use.
