Designed to gracefully endure the elements, Monterey’s cushions combine the hardwearing nature of an outdoor site furnishing with a quality of upholstery detailing often only seen in premium indoor pieces. The line utilizes Summit Tradewind weather-, fade- and abrasion-resistant fabric, a 100% solution-dyed acrylic performance fabric celebrated for its durability and ability to excel in trying applications like high-use settings and coastal and marine environments. This material comes together in elegant French seams and concealed zippers, while a dart on the each of the cushions’ corners continues in its theme of smooth, beautifully rounded form.

Every detail in Monterey is refined to bring a signature sense of style, finesse and composure to soft seating. Its curvilinear shell — punctuated in a sculpturally bent rod that seamlessly forms the entire perimeter of the frame — is robust and grounded while remaining visually light and airy. The line’s metal frames are finished in a wide variety of artful colors with Landscape Forms’ proprietary Pangard II ® polyester powdercoat. This finish is lead-free, hazardous air pollutants-(HAPS) free, does not generate hazardous waste, and contains less than 1% VOCs. Once processed, these trace VOCs are fully inert therefore the finish does not release airborne contaminants. Pieces from the Monterey line are crafted using up to 71% pre- and post-consumer recycled content, and all are 100% recyclable at the end of a long, durable life.
